About the event
Join us for a hands-on Halloumi cheese-making class and learn the art of creating this delicious traditional cheese. Participants will be guided through each step of the process, from preparing the milk and forming curds to shaping, cooking, and finishing the cheese.
This six-hour workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced food enthusiasts alike. You'll learn practical cheesemaking skills and take home the Halloumi cheese you make during class.
Cost: $75 per person. The fee includes all materials and supplies, plus a guided tasting of artisan cheeses handcrafted at Engel Farms while your cheese is being made. BYOB is welcome.
